Yes, our products are designed so that they are safe if ingested.  Of course we want the products to have time to work, so if your dog tends to chew, then we recommend using a distraction technique straight after applying the product, such as feeding or playing with them so that the product has time to absorb into the skin.

Every animal’s skin is different, so how quickly you see improvement varies per pet. We have however designed our products to ensure you will see a visible improvement in your pet’s skin within one life cycle of the skin, which takes 20-28 days. When it comes to the skin and its challenges please bear in mind that an overnight ‘cure’ does not exist. The skin needs time to find a balance again, plus other factors might come into play – what other products you have used on your pet, what diet are you feeding them etc. We try and make our products as effective as possible, providing your pets with a long term and sustainable solution, but we do ask you to be patient and persistent. Make sure to use the products often, a few times a day in the beginning even, and make sure to continue to use them even when the skin improves. Our products are not specifically made for ears and are not ear cleaners, but can be applied to the skin of the ear to reduce itchiness. We just recommend to be careful not to get any of the product into the ear canal.

Some essential oils can indeed be harmful when ingested in their pure form by cats/dogs (and even by humans), but the oils in our product are diluted to such an extent that they are still effective, yet perfectly safe!

We don't have samples because skin problems tend to be long term issues, and rarely heal overnight - so a sample wouldn’t actually be an accurate way of trying our products.
